Why Choose RankGo

Industrial UV printing systems designed for non-stop operational stability and high return on investment.

01

Industrial Printhead Technology

Equipped with Epson i3200 and Ricoh industrial printheads that maintain consistent droplet firing and photorealistic 1440 DPI sharpness over prolonged print cycles.

02

Instant LED UV Curing

Dual cold-curing UV LED lamps instantly solidify UV ink on the print bed, eliminating dry time and protecting heat-sensitive media from distortion or warping.

03

CMYK + White + Varnish Capability

True single-pass multilayer printing allows opaque white base layering on dark or transparent media along with high-gloss spot varnish detailing.

04

Robust Chassis & Tension Mechanics

Heavy steel gantry assemblies and automatic tension-controlled feeding ensure micrometer-level precision across both rigid flatbeds and roll-to-roll media.

OPERATIONAL FLOW

How Our Printing Process Works

From raw digital vector inputs to fully cured, ready-to-ship finished outputs.

STEP 1

File Rip & Profile Calibration

Digital artwork is processed through industrial RIP software to calibrate CMYK, White, and Varnish channels according to the chosen substrate.

STEP 2

Substrate Loading & Alignment

Rigid materials are fixed onto the multi-zone vacuum suction bed, or flexible rolls are fed via the automatic tension roller system.

STEP 3

Direct Inkjet Deposition

Piezoelectric printheads eject micro-picoliter ink droplets across multi-channel layers simultaneously to build colour depth and opacity.

STEP 4

Instant LED UV Photopolymerization

Integrated UV LED modules cure the ink instantly on contact, outputting fully dry, scratch-resistant, and chemical-tolerant items immediately.

HELP & INFORMATION

Frequently Asked Questions

Key technical and operational details concerning our UV printing hardware.

UV flatbed printers print directly onto rigid and semi-rigid surfaces including acrylic, glass, wood, MDF, metal panels, ceramic tiles, PVC foam board, leather, and mobile accessories without transfer paper.

Unlike solvent inks that require evaporative heat drying and off-gassing, UV LED lamps emit ultraviolet light that polymerizes photo-initiators in the ink instantly. The printed material leaves the print bed dry, scratch-resistant, and ready for use.

UV Flatbed printers print directly onto flat, rigid substrates set on the machine bed. UV DTF prints designs onto a special release film which is then laminated and manually transferred onto irregular, curved, or cylindrical objects such as mugs, tumblers, and bottles.

Yes. Equipped with dedicated White ink channels, the machines deposit an opaque white backing layer underneath CMYK colors, preventing background colors from bleeding through transparent glass or dark acrylic.

Standard automated cleaning cycles, periodic manual wiper and capping station inspections, and continuous white ink circulation help prevent printhead clogging and maintain uniform ink viscosity.
